This application is a simple tool I used to explore variations of the Martingale betting strategy as it applies to roulette.
The Martingale betting strategy applies to games were there are only two possible options to bet on and has the gambler double his bet after every loss, so that the first win would recover all previous losses plus win a profit equal to the original stake. More details can be found on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martingale_(betting_system)).
When applying this strategy to roulette, one typically bets on either red/black, high/low, or odd/even numbers only, though at any one time one could have several bets running concurrently. In this scenario it can be tricky remembering what previous bets were that need to be maintained. This application was created to help one keep track of betting in live scenarios and explore different approaches without the need of an actual roulette wheel or cash.
